Actually the helmet bag we got is not the original one, just a bag printed "SHOEI"and I think during MO at Chong Aik auntie actually give us as a token of gesture.

 

Sometimes u buy things from LAb don't approach the BOy, look for the wife, she might give u something extra.. :thumb: That Boy veri impatient man :sian:

hey, just got back from jakrata yesterday

yet to try out the helmet for a ride

still in e process of taking out e visor, the chin guard assembly looks too chim, next time if really need to clean it then i try :cheeky:

anybody here master e art of disembling the visor at least?

i think i'm dumb, try more than a min liao :sian:

 

the bolt must use a lot more force to take out issit? The plate is easy, i hv problem with the bolt

and is it a must to take out both sides if i wanna insert the anti-fog?

cos I think the guy at CA only took out one side to change the visor

Well .. the Shoei bag is given by CA as a token of good gesture for the MO.

The lady is a very patient person allowing us to test the Helmet over and over again which I dont think u can find that kinda of service in LAB.

 

The price and bag is given after a bit of haggling with the branch manager which is also a very nice person.

 

Cheers... but sad to see that dcspare accidently thrown away his anti-fog which will cost ard 20 bucks now.

biketec21, but they are currently out of stock (for the black one).

 

still got a few red, fiery orange and fiery purple.

 

can go take a look. maybe you'll like it. SGD16/pc.

Well the anti fog do works. Some time when u deep breath, tendancy is that the visor will get fogged if anti fog is not fitted..

 

But the visor though not fogged, My glasses fogged instead. ha ha ... I still have fog problem.. :cheeky: :cheeky:

Think the one at Motoworld is coolmax. Dun noe if can cover ear or not. I using the Biketech one, Schamps, fiery purple. Dat one can cover ear...cover eyes also can. Lol...its very stretchable.

When i ask the sales person at Chong Aik, she told me that you can only and just have to season the cushion. At least u know that it fits, buying a larger size would be dangerous.

 

Actually, the flip-up full face is designed to allows speckies ( me included lah,so this is not a spec-ist term) wear their specks easily in the full face.

It takes a while to let the helmet cushion set into ur head ...

 

Previously, I hardly had any room space for my chin, after wearing almost 10 days ... the helmet cushion started to break in and that makes it more comfortable to wear. Same goes for the ear space...

 

But I am wondering .. shld I get a Shoei ? :sweat:
