I don't mind getting a Supersport too, if a good deal comes along, but I think got less than 5 1000cc Supersport in Singapore. If can find the 1000S version even better, Ohlins front and back!

Who would want the X-raptor, now that theres the Z1000? Both are very nice bikes, but one is much much cheaper.

I'm more of a retro guy then :D I just gotta work out my finances first, see which one i can, or should get. 999 is a dream, but a more practical choice would be a bigger Monster, suits my needs (and interests) best.

 

Anyway, JK later? 9pm?

btw... monster is an izzi target..i agree i spent alot of $$.. or rather wasted alot

on bikes.. esp big bikes..

but if i were u.. will go for a 999... at least nw i can afford.. as compare to monster 1000s.. u can even afford after u sell ur 999... but if get the monster 1000s first...

will not b the case of garentee.. but of cos.. like u to get a monster 1000s too..

haven got a real chance to c the power.. heard was great...

 

but den.. if i got chance..i will oso wanna try a mv agusta... f4 1000 s 1+1..

b4 i really loose interest in bikes.. hopefully not... forever...

The Ducati 1000DS engine is a 2 valved, air cooled dual spark engine, power output about 95hp. So its actually quite weak compared to your rappy, or any other sport V-twins on the market.

 

To me, this engine represents the Ducati heritage, something trully unique to Ducatis, like the Monster and the Supersport, only BMW has something this unique (Their boxter twins) And I still think the air cooled Ducatis sound better than the liquid cooled ones! :D

 

Anyway, raining liao, so all outings cancelled... :weep:

haha.. i noe... its not more powerful.. its juz feel better in the sound wise n feel... haha..i agree.. for 4 valve type... i prefer 999
