Ask you guys: What's the best way to adjust if you found out your helmet is loose inside... meaning the inside sponge expands and you feel that it is loose and insecure. Other than putting the head cover? Or is there a head cover with a sponge sew onto it?

sponge expands and you feel that it is loose??

dun understand...

but if the inside of the helmet is loose, can:

1. change the sponge inside or

2. get a new helmet that fits.... :D

The best way is to get a new helmet.

Wearing a loose helmet is dangerous. Always wear a fitting but not tight helmet. Comfort is very important.

U can consider helmets which can change the interior cushion for yr next purchase.

NOw lets listen to this clip & relax.
