Hi there, i had wanted to reply to this thread long time ago but couldn't until juz found out that i didn't validate my email. haha so blur!

Anyway, back to main topic. i took my first practical Lesson 1 this week at ssdc and it was quite fun. During the orientation, it started to rain heavily with lightning & thunder threatening to ruin my very first contact with the bike as a rider. Luckily it stopped raining when it was time to start our exercise.

i find the instructors very patient and helpful to Lesson 1 trainees as most of us had never handle a bike before. Besides, their riding attire made them look like Power Rangers especially with the helmets on. Imagine Power Rangers coaching a bunch of clowns how to bike. isn't that amusing? kekeke no offence to the instructors & trainees.

Does anyone know if it is compulsory to take the trial theory test before proceeding to take RTT? I've completed all 4 theory lessons through e-learning and waiting to take my RTT next Saturday.

Cheers to all trainees & hope all enjoy our practical lessons!

yes...even if you have finished the 4 Theory in person, you still have to take the trial before RTT, this is to make sure that you are up to standard and wouldn't waste $$.

I totally agree with you. I booked lesson 1 practical & RTT all at the same time when i enrolled. Came back & did all 4 theory lessons online over the next few days. Now waiting to do lesson 1 again next Thurs & take RTT on Sat.

Why travel to SSDC when you can do it in the comfort of your home?

Cheers!

one piece of advise..

that your time to learn...never rush...

esp when you are young...u have plenty of time..

if you rush...u will make more mistake..

but then .. i did all my 4 theory online.. better.. can repeat.. playback even the videos.. i tink for qns can save when doing the practicals itself.. ultimately what u learn will ocme out in teh RTT itself.. just go for theory Practice or test trial as often as u can.. do do do until your eyes go :giddy:
