Hi guys, anyone of you encounter this before? My iPhone kena rain in malaysia road. I put inside my tankbag and still rain seep through. All other function is working fine except for the backlight! How much for repair of this backlight? I am looking at those neighbourhood HP shop. My warranty has expired. Thanks!

Full LCD replacement in Singapore will cost you around S$80.00+. Word of advise is to stay around to witness the whole process of the change. Just to make sure they change ONLY your LCD and nothing else.

Sorry, didn't read your problem properly. Its sound like you have a busted coil. And the replacement requires soldering. Not a simple job. May cost up to S$150 depending on who you look for.
