4) 1 original Honda clutch cable for Varadero 1K. Cable is pre-oiled for storage and better durability when in use.

a) If Item 1 & 2 are bought as a set, the price will be $250/-. (Ho eh~!)

Oh...u were the one who called...haiz...sorry man...the buyer came n see the bike liao...so it has to be sold as in the condition he saw...

Guys,

Finally found the reason for my oil leak. There is a small (hairline) crack in the oil pan. My mech tells me the welder says cannot weld - you guys know of another way to fix it without changing the whole pan... or a welder that knows how to weld it?

Let us know if your buyer is not a taker - vthumper will buy your disc brakes and I your oil pan... hehe

wah...this is wat i was afraid of..i had a crack on my oil pan once on my super4..i had to change the whole thing...welding not advised...since it would be very hot and under high pressure...

bagahera> Maybe U want me to help u take a look. I have help ppl to weld hiarline crack on the engine body before so far so gd. Only thing is u need to get a gd welder to do it. Can last u for a few years before u need to really change the oil pan. No gurantees though but can try.

Thanks for the offer bro. Asked the shop to try to find another welder, and they said they gave it to someone else already to do. Maybe if I can get it by tomorrow you can have a look and tell me if good enough?

Btw, are we meeting tomorrow?

I also agreed that it can be welded.

Need to Dismentle it and make sure the welder weld the inside and outside then hand grind it down to see if its all openings are covered.

Quite sure eris can do it nicely so Should last you for a while i believe.

Reminders to V1Kings brothers...

NEVER EVER wash your bike immediately after riding.

Due to high heat and pressure built up in the engine,

cold rush of water being spray on the engine creates contraction to the metal.

Regular COLD/HOT treatments equals to common problems such as brake disc shape"deform"

or coolent water leak & mix with engine oil due to internal partition crack.......

all expensive damages.

Prodero>> nope , it wouldn't. Its the material behaviour when the material is subject to uneven heat exposure at short interval. It expands (high temp) and then suddenly contracts ( low temp) ..

u looking for the givi box right. He has alot of it in the workshop. i remembered trying them on when i was at ah wah.
