To all who is interested in the metal panniers,

 

it can only fit certain brands n models of the full face helmets, open face no problem.

 

Why we decide not to make it wider and longer is due to the ergonomics of the bike. It affects the handling of the bike. Also the brackets used is not able to withhold the weight of the panniers when fully loaded. The panniers is more than enough to put whatever you need. I have went a couple of trips with pillion and fully loaded with tools and still got space left for my touring jacket.

 

Vthumper> I think u buy a trailer n fix it behind ur bike rather than get the panniers can take more thing. Dun want to waste ur money cos no bracket can fit such a big box.
