Anyone any idea how much does a new Vara 1k cost? Thinking of getting one soone and can anyone enlighten on the fuel consumption ? i.e how many km per litre of fuel? thanks..

- he confirmed with me bikes no need to pay the RM$20 fee 4 entry to JB

 

- and it's not starting on the 1st of May( he told me not gazetted yet )

 

So to those who pa-yu in jb no need to need to be alarm anymore.

Confirm bike no need to pay.

Its in 17th n 18th of November in phuket... me and some members will be marshalling d spore contingent to hook up wit Malaysian and oso Thai bikers for this event in hatyai first, den convoy to phuket... Btw, this is d rough idea... More changes coming up...

 

As for earlier rides, I have d motogp coming up... Will be getting some exclusive package...

 

Prior to earlier than this i mite jus have short rides to kl or anywhere depends on u guys...

My other half woke me up with an acute pain in my ears.

 

She was riding the beast at 140km/h when everything dies...

 

As she informed me, turn on the ignition also no power..

 

Jialad man like that. How ah brothers? Anyone can give advice n opinion..

NAZ>Bro, u check on ur fuse first...its the 30amp fuse just opposite the battery if blow replace it and start the engine if it blow again u better check the wiring something might have short it. This base on my experience during my trip. Good luck..

naz, like wad d rest says check yr fuses first. if all well, den try to jump start yr batt.. see if its charged n d value must stay there.. if u start n value drops, den yr rect if d prob! cos its spoilt n its not charging d batt....

 

atwin, maybe kl short trip, touch n go.. or maybe jus one nite... im not sure bro.. i still need to plan... ill let u noe...

Hi Vara riders.. i'm still pondering abt shd i get a vara 125. how gd is it.. my GF dosen't wans me to upgrade to 2A..haha.. kinda sad.. i'm now riding SP but its condition very bad liao.. its either to spend few hundred bucks to do up my SP or to buy a new bike.. but so far 2B bike also limited.. all i noe is if i were to buy i'm going for 1st hand this time and gonna ride it for v long.

 

i kinda like the sound of those 400cc bikes.. when you trottle up the vroooooommmm is so nice.. haha.. too bad..

 

how the sound of vara 125? like phantom?

 

i find vara 125 a very outstanding bike which seldom being seen on the rd.. the price also very outstanding..haha.. so i really have to condsider v hard b4 any decisions is made. i dun wanna regret buying it. i need ur comments bro.. and if i were to buy shd i buy from boon siew? mah? or others.. pls help.

For our VARA the fuse it using are the small type 2 pin type.....10,20 n 30. 5 pieces each this wat i usually bring. the symptom no power supply. example if the headlight blow no low and high beam......which one cheaper and easy to change...of course the fuse.....IMHO anything regarding electrical problem go to the: 1) FUSE

2)Connection

3)Wiring

Wiring usually cause by accessories that we install......the fog light is a high current some times it tends to melt down the insulator this is wat i encounter during my trip.......

The tank comes without the fitting holes, so all holes need to be custom drill according to the bike chasis... its a b!tching procedure... trust me... total damage is 2.2k inclusive of freight. BUT , fitting and other small stuff like rubber mountings, coloring the tank(just comes with base coat, white) and custom fairings are all separate charges... abt 200 , need to source here and there... silly germans nvr supply.

Anyway I see how much bike shop makan, might give them bare bike then that time all parts or most parts up for lelong lelong ...

Cheap things ain't good , good things ain't cheap but I can assure u , mine is cheap and good

 

Its tune and all done up liao ... Just came back from dynojetting and I got soild figures...

 

NOw my fatger is pumping a healthy 88.68 BHP @ 8090rpm and churning a nice 67.93ft/lbs of torque @ 4730rpm

 

Last time was 86.99@ 8390rpm which is higher RPM to get less BHP , and 67.67ft/lbs @ 5190rpm

 

Another other bros done dyno check on their bikes yet, wanna see the diff...

 

The overall ride is much smoother and the pull is better..I can feel top end is much more powerful.
