we sent our bikes for snow wash at JB dat same nite..

 

was issued with ticket on the spot...and to add insult, supposedly i was caught speeding at 134km/h...i think me and my friend's min speed throughout was 140...max was 200!...if got caught for speeding for that speed at least i have nothing to say...

There are always discrepancies in the meter readings..My meter was running at 200 but my gps says 180.

 

either way, it's above 110...

 

But if furthest u went is Ayer Keroh, then something is wrong to say u sped at pedas linggi man...

Hi just change my fuel filter this morning after abt 40,000km ride. Problem encouter is that my bike seems to lost acceleration when i throttle it ( Bike die off easily when full throttle n lost power ). Once replace , it's now back to normal. Just for info for those who have forget to change the fuel filter especially those who pump petrol frequent in malaysia.

where is this fuel filter located? and why those who pump in m'sia likely to replace it...?

Chrislayer>> just located at the fuel line near the fuel pump( A small white plastic) remember to turn off ur both left & right fuel tank on/off valve before replace it. Fuel filter bought at FJT less than $10. As for my personal view pumping in JB, the pretrol not so clean. Just change the fuel filter like me n save the big trouble in future....Tony's recommendation is change after 20-25k of riding or after new fuel pump has been replace.

Axis>> Horzontial knob...3 o'clock for both side..the right fuel knob, slightly hard to find...I'm using the fuel filter made in thailand bcos the OEM temporary no stock...work well as well. New stock will be arrive this few weeks.
