Sorry my brudders for not around yesterday at AJ wedding and tony's visit.... Had practice and finish up late than need to go to another wedding dinner at woodlands....

Our beloved brudder don diddie is back from his trip up from cambodia. He reaches old town white coffee yeterday around midnight with a huge smile on his face and the lovely mel on the back of his monster... He is safe and sound and a very happy man.... Hang-out with Koh, KC and joemac_kint till about 3 plus... WELCOME BACK MY BRUDDER..... Enjoy the rest days coming aight.... Will see you real soon

I would like to thank ATwin,Joemack,Yancurly,Fuji, Varadero8212 and few more Vara bros for making it a very very wonderful and meaningful event for me...I hope you guys have a great time yesterday and enjoy the food.

 

 

However,i apologised profusedly for the long waited time...due to the kompang.they screwed...however,they refunded back $50 and performed longer and personally apologised...they actually have another wedding before us at UBI...so they thought they could earn some extra bux to do 2 weddings in 1 day...that's what really happens...actually,during the convoy,when we were around Ikea area,i called them and they said no problem,they could arrived before 2pm...

 

 

Once again...me and the wifey would like to say big thank you to all of you for everythg deep down from the bottom of our hearts...

Hi guys.. would like to ask ur advise as in what RPM do you normally keep in SG riding.. i felt the power only start to come when it passes 4000 so i always keep between 4000-5000.. anything below 4000 feel like wrong gear leh.. then my FC is like 12km/l.. is this normal? was told that if RPM keep at 3000 can hit FC of 16km/l.. but it is hard leh.. traveling at 5th gear at 100kmh already 3500 RPM liao..

Hope this helps as a quick guide...

 

Gear............Speed ............ RPM

1-3 .............20-60km/h........ 2500-3000

4 ................60-80km/h......... 3000-3500

5 .................80-100km/h ...... 3500-4000

5 ..................100-140km/h ..... 4000-5000

5 ...................140-160km/h.......5000-5500

5 ...................160-180km/h....... 5500-6500

5.....................180km >.............6500-7500

 

idling during warm-up should be 1000rpm ideally .. once on the move & engine heated up.. should not exceed more than 1200-1300 rpm.. anything above & sumtin tweaky abt ur air/ fuel ratio..

 

carbs FC ideal at 14-17 km/l... mine is 15-16km/l on stock pipes..

just got a few days back.. nv go beyond 110kmh leh.. ok lah.. 5k feels good. tempted to drag gear also..

 

my idling RPM is 1k when started.. arround 1.3k when hot.. seems normal right?
