Notin wrong.. just dat clock enuff mileage for next EO change & routine servicing... Plus wana fix up new toy bought from brudder russell aka vtour.. let's just say im teking my fatgerl to a 'spa'...

 

Hi all, Jst sent me fatgerl to 'spa'..

 

Her beauty treatment package:-

 

Routine EO change,

plugs, filters; oil, fuel, air...

wire-grounding (can reali feel difference during throttling now) ..

Throttle cable (havent change once since own it!)..

Coolant flush/ Engine Ice..(so much clogged residue from reserve tank)

Rear brake pad change

 

Was recommended to use OWS foe EO additive which i did. so far too early to tell much but good difference can be felt otw home.

 

Downside is front brake pads no stock. Mech brought in OEM ones; too costly.. worst is had to wait for almost 2 hours for the front brake pads to arrive... total almost 7 hrs of waiting at HKL for my fatgerl.. Mech who did my bike was known for being deliriously slow & steady but his workmanship good enuff.... too bad Ah Xiong had to do oter tings.. He was super busy.. Maybe have to change sprockets & chain after Rompin trip..

 

 

For those brudders buying parts for your VARA >>

due to increase in japanese Yen currency, honda parts are more expensive than normal. Met brudder Zac came down to view his fatgerl.. Overhear that magnetic coil now cost more than $300/-.. Even Ah Xiong from HKL oso mention parts are more ex nw.. so go easy on ur rides brudders & hopefully the economy recovers; best if japanese yen drops so honda parts cheaper..

Heya guys, i am sorry but i clearly remember that i changed my brake pads for the front tyre before our malacca trip last year and it clearly cost me only 56 for both the front and on a previous occassion, i change the rear pads for only 28 and all this was also Goldfren like what david said. Done at Hua Chin, bukit batok. I cant be wrong on this one for sure.

 

Dun register the more expensive numbers being quoted here and my braking is gooooooood.

All-->Guys... i been sick for a week plus.. heavy headache from left side of my head till neck line!!! been sleeping and sleeping and sleeping (Till body aching) on medication for hours and it still won't subside. Any GURU for a good message or acupunture? I believe the old internal wound is wounded again. Its from wen i have my OPS done on my right ankle ligament re-construction, where they jab 12 points (anestatic) between my spinal cord/ back bone!!! 6 on a vein where they pump blood up.. and another 6 on another vein, for controlling the blood down. sigh. SO now would like to try acupunture if there is any links of those ya'all noe. Advise on Price too aite...
