If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Dear vara1k riders,

im new to this thread. I used to ride a vara125. best bike ever. now intending to get a fat version. not in a rush tho. Need your input to choose between the carb model and the EFI one. I've checked out both in terms of features and reviews. But I think better to hear from a seasoned rider here. Which should I choose? Any major disadvantage of getting the carb model?

Thanks in advance for reading and replying.

Do it once and do it right

hey dude...me no season rider...but all i can say is...the only disadvantage for both efi and carb is....

your queries should be addressed to the vara125 thread since you know the thread cater more to vara 1k.. Pls read the threads carefully and you will realise that this thread caters to the vara 1k only! Search the forums available.. the vara 125 thread falls under a diff thread. use the search function to get where you suppose to be at.. I think we should change the thread to varadero 1000cc so dat forumers dun get confused & misdirected!

to new owners of varadero 1k carb/ efi versions >>

Welcome to owning a fatgerl ! Looking forward to meetin you & sharing sessions aka kopi meet up soon!

carb cheaper to maintain but nowadays quite hard to find in shops & no fuel gauge... lower cost price for machine..

efi more costly to maintain.. got fuel gauge... more sleek lookin.. price oso more expensive
