As my previous posting expalining my fatgerl problem. i got everything fix up. did a break caliper service, change all the pistons pump seal. did a coolant flush,[engine ice not avaliable here ], now temp and break functions back to normal although i still need to find a new breakdisc ::sianz::

After doing the top service, i change to KNN aitfilter but the problem was that when speed btwn 100-140km/h bikes feel jerky, above 140km/h it runs smoothly, its so tiring riding at 180km/h all the way.... the mech keep on trying to tune but they still couldnt get the correct tuning. so i ask them to change back to stock aitfilter and my fatgerl is back to normal..

SHould i change to the KNN and sent ot for dyno run to get it perfectly tune??

BTW theres a marshall course in Maktab Teknik PDRM Bakri, Muar Johor in april (rm750).. its a 3D2N course. Lodging and meals provided(6 meals perday).. A marshall kad approve by PDRM will be issued at the end of the course. will update more info if anyone intrested.

They have a course for being a marshall ah? N what exactly will you be learning there?

Here;s a scan image of the course outline. Its in Bahasa Melaysia though.

The second batch(02/2010) is in April 2010.

Vanue of Course will be at Maktab Teknik PDRM BAKRI, Muar, Johor. Its the Police Academy for their Traffic police. They even have a 4X4 track, Motocross track and a tar circuit in their compound.

anybody interested to get disc rotors for your bike. i got unused two Front Floating Disc Brake Rotor. i got it for my cb400 and it cant fit(sadly got the wrong 1). now looking forward to sell it.the center is gold in colour.going cheap.check out this link

Spare Rectifier and maybe the fuel-cut relay (joemac & yancurly bike broke down because of this small stuff at JB...initial thought that it was the fuel pump but it turn out to be just the small relay that cause the fault. Anyway if this problem arises, let the bike cool down awhile and later start again....usually have tell tale sign before it totally down. If your bike going to reach 1 cycle, just change or buy spare for it.

96) Pre-check ur EO and bring spare.. a bottle maybe..
97) Pre-check ur COOLENT LEVEL
98)NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION!!!!!!!!

99) CAMELBAG hydrate urself before it hit u.. after all, drinking/sipping water will keep u awake/alert..
100) Bring spare rubber just incase if those they sell are not up to standard!!! heeheh:faint::faint:

Yup... ur speed will drop to almost 20km/h @ every30-60km. most to most.. it will be jerky at a certain speed and when u slow down.. it will be smooth!!! then it will start all over again till u really ride like a turtle only then it will completely CUT-OFF!!!!

you can bring the whole bike shop with u

to deal with any unforseen circumstances

but most importantly bring a huge dosage of humor

cause when all goes wrong no matter how bad

its humor that will see u thru:angel:

16) Spare lamps, one of each, not critical with Vara having two head lamps and two tail lamps but helps if your riding at night a lot.

17) Duct Tape, can be used for just about anything, including clothing repairs and even first aid.

18) Cable ties, a selection to hold things together till you can get to a workshop.

19) Puncture repair kit for tubeless tyres, tube is too heavy to carry and you will also need tyre levers if you want to fit a tube.

20) 1 ltre of engine oil if you are using synthetic, not so easy to find in remote places.

21) A selection of hose clips and some rubber to make patches, old inner tube is good.
