Hi guys, i have something to ask.

 

Lets say i add a second rider to my bike and pass it over to him (like selling to him), is there such a thing as i let my insurance company and bike shop know that i'm no longer the official rider of the bike and if there are any disputes like accident claims or the second rider didn't pay installments that they don't come look for me but the 2nd rider instead?

 

it can be done legeally right as in got black and white from bike shop and insurance company?

No bike shop or insurance company will ever agree. Why should they? As far as they're concerned, you're the owner of the bike and responsible for installments or claims, the sub-rider has no contractual relationship with them. If you want them to look only to him, sell the bike to him and transfer ownership with LTA.
