As above.

Example :

Let said Friend A recommended you to get this brand Michelin as it made from Japan, while Friend B said they do have the same design but made in thailand.

For 2B bikes which tires got the best grip ? Most Bikes shop would recommend Bridgestone Battlax bt 39.

What your opinion?

Tyres are the only things between you and the tarmac. General consensus is get the best you can afford for your type of use.

Personally, country of manufacture does play a difference as does the brand. There is a certain country's products i won't use even if it was free, certainly not their tyres. But if they made spoons for stirring coffee, well thats ok.

Entry level bridgestones offer pretty good value.

Meaning Shop A Selling Bridgestone Battlax bt 39 ( Made in Japan), Shop B selling Bridgestone Battlax bt 39 ( Thailand) Shop C selling Bridgestone Battlax bt 39 ( Made in Spain). Do you u realli care of the manufacturing countries ? Since all are the same model.

for this case i don think it matters.. first of all, i think when normal ppl change tyre, they wont ask whr it made from , at most will ask the manufactering date... normally ppl onli go for brand (i think)...

This is interesting. Industry insiders or speculators care to share why Country A's tyres are lousier than Country B's tyres? Eventhough they are of same model, make and compound?
