Anyone using non stock tyres? Wanted to change to Michelin CityGrips, but Future Scootering didn't have our Maxsym sizes. Asked around and Diablos are available, but not sure of their grip...

Wow that's cool! But i prefer to use amp and hi/jack cable will do. save $ and space.

Yup most probably will do that. Once a year only. No issue.

 

 

 

I got my n104 frm regina (same same la). It doesnt come wif full kit like manual and stuffs. But pretty sure its the real deal. Save abit more and i also wanted the ratcheting chin strap.

Face to face or over phone? If 200+ is good price. I got mine last yr for 300. At that time chong aik was 380 w/ psb.

Airy is good... So ventilation is great... My head sweats a lot, so think this is ideal. The Ah Boy salesman was trying to push the Caberg Duke instead, and criticising the Nolan. I remembered the previous time I got snooked into buying a lousy piece of **** helmet from Ah Boy, so decided to hear what you guys think, because helmet cannot wear cheong one...

 

before u buy anything from LAB or Regina make sure u do all ur homework first lor, their things can be cheap if you know what you are buying.

The nolan and shoei helmets they have are just brought in to di di siao siao their competitor only. thats why when u wanna buy shoei nolan helmets they will say things like "no stock la, wait 3 weeks for shipment la, no size la, no good la" then push you their own AGV or Cabergs.

Haha! N104 is the exact helmet I want! Since it's the real deal think I'll be getting it then!

 

ehh bro, are you using any bluetooth system? if you are you might want to visualize how to attach the speakers in the nolan helmets first..because all the nolan helmets already have speakers cut out in the foam. and the hole is small, so might not fit your speakers. got to modify a bit if you want to fit other bluetooth system, Any you must know ah, the foam if cut wrong no replacement to buy 1 lol.

 

im using nolan n43e air with uclear hbc 200. after doing modification to fit the speakers, i feel that its not loud enough because the speakers are sitting beneath the cushion and the speakers are pressing against my ears, not comfortable after long hours of riding..

Then tried the Caberg, and... Wah! Look so handsome! Haha! Plus somehow the shape feels very comfortable.

 

Then realise that Nolan I'll have to use sticky tape to fix my Sena. Whereas fit perfectly on Caberg. Didn't even have to put the earpiece velcros - the liner material naturally acts like it.

 

So now I'm very happy with my cheaper, handsomer, smaller, convenient Caberg!

11.7K is consider very good price!

FYI Black colour is the colour that you need to clean bike most time. Once you collected the bike, you will know what I means:cheeky:

Hi bros, does anyone use tyres other than the stock Maxxis OEMs? I've been bouncing from shop to shop trying to get Michelin CityGrip or Pirelli Diablo, and it seems like no one has our tyre size...

 

Except Mah, which quoted me $500 for Metzeler M5... Which is more than double the price of other tyres...

Welcome! The first tip is to change your tyres when you can, which is what I'm trying to do, haha!
