I also using Dr pulley sliders. Took out after 7k. Clutch plates looked ok. No uneven wear.

Yah the HIT clutch on our bike doesnt seem too good in terms of reliability, esp the clutch springs breaking. Uneven wear can be due to the clutch bell around it thats not evenly round. Nt necessarily the clutch's issue.

Not sure what you mean. But for myself, it's an off day, just enjoy the ride, check out the local makan trend and service the bike. I think for general bike servicing, price is reasonable. One thing I'm quite certain, SYM agent charges MSRP with GST for parts plus service charge for installation where else their authorised dealers may charge you only for the parts inclusive of installation service probably cos high margin on parts.

 

Hmn... That may be why those roadside small bike shops seem cheaper...

Choong Aik carries SHAD boxes and accessories. Got my box backrest and top plate from them too. They're at Desker Road.

I thought I read some where SHAD $150/-??

Sori, what I meant abt the Coocase was ..is there anything defective- not well made or not reliable/consistent w it's advertisement as an end user I should be aware of cos I had installed few mths back. So far , for me it's quite sturdy and reliable but would love to hear real user review.

btw, MaxsymRidersMalaysia is organising an Annual Gathering in Cameron Highlands on the 7-8 Sept 2013. They have kindly invited us and set aside accommodation for 6pax for our Singapore side. so far interested:
