very curious about this vintage scooter model

im very interested to know this bike model. i dont have any pictures, but i only have seen it and can only try to describe it. hopefully someone can knows what im talking about and can point out to me.

 

it's a vintage scooter, vespa look-alike. however, unlike many vintage vespas i have seen which have a relatively wide front profile, this vintage scooter is very narrow and has a very narrow front profile. when i go unique motors at kaki bukit autobay, i often see bros riding this model of vintage scooter around unique, but duno to/from which shop. the scooter seemed so narrow that the riders have to keep their legs closed together. normally the scooters are all in matt black.

 

anyone knows what im trying to describe? i think this scooter is damn cool and trying to find more about it..

don't think its lambretta..

 

the front portion is rounded and is very narrow, not like the normal vintage vespa with a flatter front..could be this boat mod thingy but i totally have no idea at all..
