Changing my FZ6 handlebar

Hi Guys,

 

Anyone done the Fz1 handlebar mod to Fz6S? Is it a legal mod to do? ( think it is but just to confirm before putting in the time and effort)

 

i'm using 04 Fz6S. anyone done before and able to advise which year fz1 handlebar to buy and from where best price? (O/S website suggest any year is ok but just to confirm)

i jux bought an fz1 handlebar for $50 from autocycle along serangoon rd.. according to d guy thr, its d latest model one. didnt ask abt d year, cux i fixing it on my phantom... doesnt matter to me.. can give them a call lar..

by right, anything other than stock that came out frm the factory, is illegal... but small mods like this, im pretty sure inspection no prob lar.. its nt like ur mod alters the bike in terms of safety or affect other road users...

Just don't want to go STA just to U-Turn and spend 2 hrs to fix back the original.

 

headlight, some are not legal such as certain HID

 

windshield confirm ok

 

horns, most are ok except air-horn.

 

so i'm wondering, is there any regulation for the handlebar.
