Good day to you ,

I had send my bike(2006 R6) for dynojet and during the dyno , my engine burst. Con-rod , crank swif and engine casing was broken . Before the dynojet , my engine didnt give me any problem and bike was well-maintained. Right now , the shop told me to put my bike there to check and he told me that the whole engine got to be changed. What should i do? Must i pay? or should i fight for it? it's totally unreasonable man.

could someone please advise?

The R6 engine should not have any issues when put on a dyno. Else every R6 will blow up when it hits the tracks.

Chances are there is already something wrong within the engine. Well maintained does not mean no issues.

However if the technician holds the engine at red-line for extended periods of time and then engine goes, that's a separate issue...
