Maybe to elaborate my plight, the stock zx6 end-can that was modified to fit the system is now leaking... losing a lot of power esp at high range. Have been shopping around for a replacement pipe and trying to avoid buying brand new pipes. Saw a couple available on ebay and the zx636 exhaust looks gorgeous... very tempted to buy online and have it fixed at SK.

 

Anyone care to comment on the weight, performance, rust-prone etc... of an exhaust muffler of a 2002 ZX6 versus a 2003-4 zx6?

I just renewed my road tax and insurance untilo Apr 2006. looks like i will keep the bike and I will be organising a track day for Ninjas once i return from indonesia. watch out 3rd week of MArch .....
