exhaust wrap

Just wanna ask..

 

I have a Yoshimura titanium without firespec or titanium blue design just normal silver colour metal with the standard yoshimura plate on..

 

It is legal with cert, but the thing is I heard that some shops do exhaust wrapping, was just wondering if I am allowed to do a carbon wrap on the exhaust but of course the serial no., yoshimura branding etc will be on top of the carbon visible to all??

 

it is considered illegal, will i get charged for that??

 

and if its legal, just wanna ask here, lazy to post another thread on the Why Pay More? section, are there any good shops that provide good quality exhaust wrap, Dun wan those with wraps that can melt after long usage..
