Buying a new bike by trading

Hi

 

I just have a few question

 

I am currently an owner of a super four which is still under a hire purchase.

 

Question is,

 

Can i go back to my bike shop and say i no longer want to continue using this bike and they wil stop charging my monthly installments?

 

Or can go to another shop and trade my current bike for a new bike?

 

Or must i sell to another seller to take over my hire purchase and buy another bike

 

If yes, can i sell my bike for the installments i have paid so far to the new buyer with some discounts for usage?

 

Or can must i buy the bike i want from the current bike company which i have bought my super four?

 

 

can someone please explain the procedures? i am noob at this.

under hire purchase...the bike is legally the finaciers. get their approval first before you do any arrahgements to coi/transfer/sale...etc..

 

as to the sale price/conditions as long as buyer is aggreable...usually within market price..

yes...scroll down forum thread to garage sale...there is a used bike for sale thread..

but yu must have a minimum of 50 posting before you are allowed to advertise in the used bike thread,,
