After all the hassle of posting here and there I decided to head down to some of bikeshops in the east area to ask if they sell used IU , Finally found 1 Bikeshop selling a used IU quickly ask the Bikeshop to reserve the IU for me , Pass them my IC and they did the rest for me including transferring of the old IU to the new one.
