i had this sickness before too...it was last year and i just came back from my 2nd atec in thailand...doctor told me it was traveller's diarhoea...my experience was something similar to yours...after that i told myself to be careful when eating out in other countries..

hospitalised? wah... i told the doctor that i wanted to go home and she allowed me to... but here i am at home and not feeling any better...darn... i'm losing 3 days of studies!! :giddy:
