cars are not only more expensive than bike in terms of starting price, but maintenance also more expensive actually.

1) starting price more expensive

2) insurance more expensive

3) road tax more expensive

4) Parking more expensive (season and coupon and in shopping centres)

5) Tyres more expensive (obviously as got 4 tyres)

6) ERP more expensive

Just my personal opinion as i feel all these add up liao sure more expensive than cars even though its a class 2 bike

i tink class 2 bike's tyres more expensive den car's...

Wat's freedom all about? Do i have it or am i dreaming?

actually it might be true... depending on what type and brand of the tyres lor... my friend told me his car change 1 tyre 50 bucks only... small tyre though...

but there are no doubt about cars being the more ex of the two lah... be prepared to put aside 1k a month if you choose to drive a car man...

nowadays, OPC cars are quite a good choice too... :thumb:

if class 2 bike tyres more expensive than cars, it means 1 tyre of a class 2 bike is more expensive than 2 tyres of a car, which is really highly impossible

Van is definitely cheaper to maintain.

1) No spark plugs, save the cost of changing it

2) Runs on diesel, definitely can save alot as petrol price now rising like mad

3) Able to carry alot of things behind, thus maybe can do some transporting job
