well maybe u can try this

mental riding

close your eyes imagine u are at the mini circuit then clutch in kick first gear, open throttle a little, release the clutch slowly to half clutch and start to accelerate le....... ok enough speed le close throttle and clutch in kick up gear half clutch open throttle release clutch and if got turning add the turns by not you should roughly know at which point you should change gear and where you should then and all that. if got bike then even better dun even need to move 1 loh off engine and just sit on it and imagine yourself riding but need centre stand lah unless u can find pple to lend u to practice on their bike loh
