Help with CBR150 maintenance

Hi all,

 

Im just recently passed my tp back in may and bought myself a cbr150:

 

coe 2014

milege 9xxxxx

 

Did a service when i just got it. Changed engine oil, spark plug, air filter, coolant at PM.

 

Been riding it for a month now, i realised i can only hit top speed of 100km/h at rpm 7x.

Any more and the handle bars will vibrate too much, i can't stand it.

 

I need opinions on this as im still new to riding and bike maintenance. Do u guys think this is normal?

Can someone also explain to me what a "full" service consists of?

And how soon should i service my bike again to maintain a healthy condition.

I also need help on cleaning, how to get rid of rust of my exhaust and other parts.

Hi ! I'm riding CBR 150r too .. urmm, its weird that it can hit 100km/h .. anyway, have u check your carb as in tune back your carb during services? I've heard this type of problem but I'm not sure what's the cause of it. Maybe u could go to CBR 150 thread and ask pple arnd there ?

That's not helpful. Can you explain? Which part do i need to service to make it normal?
