Guess I will just go back to pml for change which mean it will be feel free. If changing outside do note the tps sensor

PML told me they don't bring in tyres.We have to bring in ourselves.I'm sending my bike for e 20k service this Tuesday.I got e Dunlop Sportsmax GPR-100 tyres and a complete set of brakepads for replacement. Since everything is under warranty,i never go anywhere else cept' them for labour works n stuff.I realised e pads on scooters last shorter than on manual bikes as there really isn't any engine braking on scooters so e brakes will be utilised for most of e time...

When I bought my 2nd hand 650GT from moto tiam,.they gave me a brand new frt tyre n change for me. No issue for the tps sensor. Cheers.

 

Pardon me but what is Moto Tiam?And what tyres were on your GT when u bought it? Were your front and rear e same brand?

My understanding is that they will have feel free, for other brands you have to bring in your own.

Just had mine done slightly more than a week ago. e overall result was a tad quieter engine and smoother engine pull. Not that it made a huge difference but certainly something that can be felt.

Morning fellas.I believe there's quite a no of Sport & GT in SG now.Shall we have a meet-up?I'm thinking of next week... For those who have a dream of owning this bike in e near future,u may also join us to find out more about this "2 wheeled Magic Carpet" 😉

Was doing a budget one, here is a estimated servicing.

 

10k 300 dollars including rear brake pads.

 

15k 500 dollars a pair of new tyre

 

20k 700 dollars including belt and front brake pads.

 

Total servicing for one year or 20k is 1.5k...

So what brake pads have you replaced? How much did they charge for the labour in tyres change? Lastly did they replace you belt and what are the damages?

Wanted to get e full set of EBCs but e front was out of stock so i got a pair of Goldfren 022HH(S33) for e front and EBC FA196HH for e rear.If i could recall correctly,e labour for tyre change should be $80.Yes they'll be replacing my belt and e rest of e components that needed to be replaced at 20,000km.I'll be collecting it on Thursday.

I just realised i missed this post! LoL! This is e headlight cover i'm badly looking for! Wanted to go for e Race Shield but obviously this wld be e wiser n better option as it's a protector rather than a thin piece of "shield"...
