Missing bookmarks

Hi,

 

I need some help here. I do not understand why is it that my bookmarks keep on going missing. This is the second time it has happen. After a few months, my bookmarks, url history, they all disappear. It is like someone deleted it away...

 

Is there a setting that does this or is it a virus???

Does this occur alongside a common XP problem where the desktop background can sometimes disappear and the display settings reset to default?

 

If so, it's a profile problem.

haha. my bookmarks in Mozilla usually got missing after a period I'm using it. therefore, I save all my bookmarks in my Windows Note Pad first, and then, copy and paste it into Mozilla.

 

to avoid this further problem in the future, better if you use Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla Firefox. IE also provide tabs feature if you donwload a new version of IE or, if you install a new version of YM. YM also provide this tabs feature in IE once you've install it.
