Im new to bikes and is currently learning. Just few days ago i went to powerstar motor at jalan besar to purchase my helmet, TR03. It was just last night that i removed the plastic sheet from the visor and discovered what seemed to look like scratches on the visor. Just a question, isnt the visor suppose to be totally clear and scratch free since its brand new? :/

Seems to be scratches?? Check if they are really scratches. They might be residue from the sticky plastic sheet. Given u bought new, there shouldn't be any scratches. And if they are indeed scratches, go back to the shop asap. The more u delay and chat here, the more the shop can claim you scratched it yourself since its been couple days.
