New sticker for my front number plate - where?

had my first vehiele inspcation and all went sweet except my front number plate sticker.

 

its white with black lettering, but because my rear is black with white lettering i have to change my front one to match.

 

The questions is where do i go for such a service? I live AMK area ...

U can try Soon Hin at Yishun Industrial Pk...to look for Ah Meng....after done he can sent ur bike for re-inspection at Yishun Vicom also.... cheap some more
