Bike shop charges for transferring ownership?

how much do bike shop charges if we do the transfer there? what do we need to pay beside insurances, transfer fee , service charge by the shop? and does different shop got different prices?

Why would you transfer ownership at a bike shop unless you have a loan to pay off? Why not go down to LTA and take care of it?

I just did trf ownership with a bike shop, coz I'm lazy to do the paperwork stuff. The admin fee was $20 wor haizz..
