Hi bros, just like to ask a quick question... do we adjust the ignition timing using the idling speed screw or is there some specific screw?

From dan's motor repair site:

The drill is this...With the engine at normal operating temperature and idling, advance the timing slowly. You will hear the engine speed up.Move the timing back and forth, advancing and retarding it till you get the highest engine idling speed. Then back it off (retard it) just a bit. The engine speed slows down just a little. You are still idling, don't touch the throttle.

That's referring to using the idling speed adjustment screw right?

no, he is referring to old bike before '70 where bikes r using contact points.

shifting the contact points to advance ignition timing.

current bikes r using contact-less ignition (magneto) with advance electronic cdi will automatically advance ignition at high rpm.

there's not need to mod ignition advancement, unless u r racing in competitive races, mostly r done electronically nowadays.
