I remember there was quite a lot of discussion/interest around 'angel eye' headlights on the forum a couple of years ago, but it usually involved heating the headlight assembly to remove the rubber seal, and then sealing it back after installing the ring.

Is there any way to install without that? Any new developments in this area?

It seems like the angel eye look has fallen out of favour lately, but I still prefer it to the newer 'eyebrow' designs :cheeky:

Any information or suggestions welcome. Thanks!!

Ohhh... I am ok to take out the headlight unit from the bike to fix it all up, but don't want to mess with the manufacturer's seal. Scared what will happen if I can't seal back properly and it starts to leak or fog up :faint:
