Inquiry about buying a bike for my younger brother

I have a question I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

 

My younger brother is in NS, finish BMT liao and just about to get his 2B license. His birthday is coming and my family agreed on his present. We want to get him a motorcycle so he can travel to camp and back easily. He's been looking at the Duke 200 for a long time but the problem is the Duke is going to be a surprise so I can't let him know that I am buying it.

 

I don't have a 2B license (I'm taking it myself but still long way to go.) but I'd be the one to finance the bike together with my dad.

 

My question is, is there any restrictions from me buying the bike first? The insurance he will settle himself when he pass the 2B course. Can I just buy the bike first and pass it to him for his birthday, finance it then he settle everything else?

 

Note: I have class 3 and been driving for 5 years.

Can. After he got his lic,put him as owner-Secretly note down his particulars n give to the shop.

For the Coi,every mth go dOwn pay nia,put u or ur dad as garuntor lor

Actually u can buy the insurance at the same tym,save tym n hassle. Ask him pay ltr or wad idk

Thanks for the input! He's a good rider so far, saw him at BBDC during lesson and must say that he is quite good. Anyway this is just while he is in NS. Easier for everyone so he can travel where he needs to go. Once he is in University he say he will take driving lessons. So its all good.

Yeah he bought most of the safety gears when he started learning at BBDC.
