Yes, it is with clutch, basically its all over thailand, there is an underbone version of it too. big headllight and signal, inverted fork, i think there is a similar kawasaki model (not ksr)

Kinda high csd that the Bajaj NS200 OTR 8k. But well its a Honda. The 60/litre if at Honda site should be based on Japan Combine Cycle. They take the reading based on travelling at a constant 60kmh at top gear with no stops in between over a certain distance.
