URGENT- What’s missing from your bike’s connected experience?

Hey everyone! I’m a Product Design student researching the motorcycle/scooter experience, particularly the intersection between the physical bike and its digital/connected services.

I’m especially interested in hearing from TVS and ION Mobility riders, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with connected bikes.

I’m curious about the moments where the bike itself and the digital experience don’t quite work together. For example:

• What do you wish your bike/app could do that it currently can’t?

• Are there features in the app that you rarely use because they’re not actually useful?

• Have you ever had an issue where you weren’t sure whether the problem was with the bike, app, connectivity, or software?

• Are there things you still have to do manually that you feel should be connected/digital?

• Have you ever wished the bike could give you better information or feedback while riding?

• Have you had a frustrating experience with maintenance, servicing, charging, or troubleshooting where you felt the bike/app could have helped?

• If you could add ONE connected feature to your bike, what would it be?

I’m particularly interested in real situations and workarounds rather than general opinions — e.g. “I have to do X because the bike/app doesn’t let me do Y.”
