If a fatal or serious accident occurs as a result of your HIDs, then yes, you can be jailed.

Why people in SG need HID? And HID need projector optic to work, cos only projector have very cut off for the lights. If using multi reflector, the HID light throw

is anywhere but the right places...And most bikes doesnt come with projector light.

the last i heard, i think it carrys a fine of $1400 plus a 3mth jail term for non stock HID...

im juz curious abt the penaties n wana confirm coz frnd told me is a jail terms.....for me,i dun ve nite blindness so duni such bright light at nite so my H4/H7 do juz fine
