Bro do u know where can I find comet 125 suspension? Roughly how much? I just bought a black comet now at my workshop doing up cos a lot of rust.. Suspension abit soft.. Any ppl know of after market suspension or other model that is suitable?

if u willing to fork out cash, i recomend u to order d 650 suspension. it can fit on the 250 n the 125. its slightly higher but after a while u'll get used to it. im using it now. u can order at hyosungsource.com. it wll cost less than sgd$300 plus shipping. last time we did a mass order, so its much cheaper, around sgd$200. u can email hyosungsource for enquiry. ders hyosung workshop scattered in jb as well. however if ur unlucky, they themselves need to order the rear shock from Kuala Lumpur. in malaysia, theres a 250 n 650 hyosung gt/gv bikes. but no 125. some parts can be used on the 125. fyi.

hi guys finally i got my hyosung comet 125. exterior of my bike is good and i went to my bike shop in yishun to do up the bike.. i dun know if it is expensive but overall i have spent 710 on my bike. things i have done is 2 michelin pilot city tyre front and rear, 2 fork seal, oil filter, carb tuning and servicing, 2 engine oil, spark plug, sprocket and chain, re-wiring, 2 side mirror, brake and clutch spong, front brake pad, front brake breed, bike fully wash, clean and spraying of the metal area from engine to exhaust.

i hope i have make the right choice. maybe changing clutch plate if i have too. anyone knows the market rate?

i just check with hyosung.com on 125 rear absorber, i think they intro me gt250 absorber. total plus shipping is about 200. still thinking if i wants to buy..

i will try to wax my new ride every week cos my bike paint work still good. Guys if you wanna spray the bike body or wha can try my bike shop i think they did a really good job. whatdo you all think?

not my bike shop ah.. the shop which i always go... my dad's friend son's shop... hmmm i hope the things that i do is worth.. so far they tell me my engine is ok.. i have not went to ride in expressway yet cos today i off. tml will see how.. btw my bike i have heard the sqeeching sound i think coimg from the frame of the bike. do you guys have the same problem? sounds like spring sqeeching i also dun know. anyway to solved?

bro ducati i am also wanting to get.. the m400 looks good but kinda old bike. but i think if wanna get i will get that. duc maintenance and parts just like hyosung needs to get from overseas but i think normal parts still available.

my 125 comet the engine sound i kinda like it haha.. not normal class 2b motor sound. any legal exhaust avilable?

sgcarban: i am still thinking to get the suspension. will save up as i have suffer heavily damage from servicing haha..

last time, i can hear 4 diff sounds from my bike.

 

1- sound of the worn rear sprocket

2- ticking sound coming frm d carb

3- sound from the worn rear brake

4- sound of the seasoned chain

 

now all i left is d sound of the seasoned chain

u mentioned dat u spent $710. dat sum can almost cover the cost of a overhaul. can u break it down on wat u do 2 spent dat $710?
