Carpark attendant sound nice, I think in another word will be carpark loan shark. Can go round distribute flyers saying "O$P$ for bike lot"

 

Btw, just to let you know that there're ppl who will play your alarm until battery flat when you parked at public carpark. Cause My friend's neighbourhood chlidren play his alarm until his bike battery flat
