well, I tink its still not necessary yet to claim insufficient parking lots.

the present state at eng carpark is still alrite.

the school can simply brush the matter off telling u to park at business or design etc.

 

but if really wan to write a letter to the sch, maybe u can write on our behalf.

I'm sure me & others wont mind de...
