Hah, I've become quite an expert of sorts on slipped disc after I myself suffer from it. Yours is just a back strain lah, honam. If slipped disc, you will feel a searing pain along your right or left buttocks and all the way along your legs. This is because the gel-like thingy in between your discs has ruptured and pushing against your sciatic nerve. The first few weeks, you'll be in terrible pain cos of the inflammation. Once the inflammation goes away, your leg will feel damn sore and achy that you'll be walking with a limp. If not a bad rupture, your slipped disc will heal within 3 to 6 months. However, if serious like in my case, have to do surgery to decompress the nerve. The surgeon will clear away the gel like thingy and fuse the discs together so that it won't rupture anymore. However, in your case, I think better to see a doctor. I used to suffer from back strains and sprains also but never went for a check up. Now, look what happened to me... :sian:

If you go to normal clinic, the doctor will refer you to a specialist so might as well that you go to TTSH straight. The GP there will assign a back specialist for you to meet and set up the appointment. From there, see how it goes... :goodluck:
