normally ah pek take very long to come back ( i waited about 1.5 hrs sia.... may be he go arpiund singapore collect spare parts...), then ah chong will fix for you.

i go there Sat morning 9.30am, wait till afternoon 2pm.... :giddy:

Was considering changing back tyre.

What was the most durable and recommendable tyre to try out?

I heard bridgestone is the most durable for satisfied performance. (BT020 or BT014?)

metzeler is relatively durable for its better performance.

dunlop 208 is not durable but good performance.

michelin pilot was oso good performance but dunno about the durability..

pirelli corsa was best of everything but the extra benefit cost too much.

haha.. Please upgrade my info if it is outdate or wrong.

I m more into getting a worthwhile tyre as i m not a very high end rider. :giddy:

metzeler M1/ M3, good grip but less durable, expensive also

Dunlop 208, moderate grip, quite durable

Bridgestone, Bt020 is tourigng tyre. BT056 moderate grip and quite durable also.

pirelli super corsa very sticky, but wear out damn fast, freaking expensive also.

go for metzeler roadtec Z6. better grip in the wet and higher mileage (compared to BT020)

dunlop 208GP has good grip but very low mileage.... unless the 208ZR which is in between. i had a pair of pirelli diablos before, performance + durability not really that good also.

this christmas i'll be also going for roadtec Z6.. :thumb:

ahah dun wan say abt the pirelli supercorsas laiu... i bought a new set last month n took to track... peeled off real fast when i used it on the road after the trackday, had to take it out n keep oni for track.... the wet grip quite impressive also, better than the BT020 though it has so little thread :bouncefire:

i need 3 laps of warmup while my friends onli need 2 for michelin and racetech..

wet grip still ok..

300 plus bucks can get liao..
