we'll use hafiz's videos, kitty's photoedited pics, Iz's racing suit and

 

kind donation of fullfaces for the event.. lets see if we can get a bike on the event hall as well.. kekeke..

 

1. we can try do a promo video for matric fair..something catchy..but i foresee the problem would be it cant be played on a projector...due to space constraints...they oni allocate us some tiny wenee space..

 

so could either bring a small tv, then plug and play those portable vcd/dvd players or last resort play on laptop...but if laptop must use external speakers, cos the surrounding wld be v v noisy.....

 

2. must hav tagline saying..

 

"3 Classes. 2 Wheels. 1 Passion" All Riders Welcome. Guys, Galz, Big Bikes, Small Bikes....or something of that sort...

 

3. juz promote our blog lor...that blog shld direct them to more videos of our trips, pics, sbf forum, etc, etc...

common things tat mite make them dun wan to sign up...

 

1. they ride v small bike....like wave...magix...when u show the touring clips they will go

"my bike so small....how to last so far?" den when u reply "Can pillon mah"...now thats a turnoff...unless they as passionate as jordon

 

2. those no bike and taking licence...will definitely feel left out..... unless u have 10 hongwei going around to ensure every1 feels at home

 

3. once the list is up....divide the list into lets say 5 groups...den assign one lao jiao to each group....to be incharge of the calling, the making them feel at home...den can rotate or sth like tat....i dunno

 

4. you can reuse our banner....but pls pay a fee to those who made it.....u thhink i m kidding? yes i m

 

5. girls shld be there....to attract more girls....onli girl left is yuwen

 

6. i m sure u can bring a bike up....juz push for it...

 

7. yuwen when u r free pls come to my place and take ur wooden vespa

from my humble experience promoting another club last year, what i tink works is to slow talk to them and make them feel home first...approach them with a smile and ask which faculty they are from..eye contact important..

 

dont rush in straight into joining the club...ask them how is nus so far? etc etc....den ask them if they are riding..if they are, good, ur set to go!...if they are not, ask them if they wld wanna consider getting a licence...
