Is this true?

 

If you take out diffuser....

 

If the bike is fuel injected the ECM will compensate for the additional airflow by releasing more fuel.

If the bike is Carbed you wont get any extra fuel, but you'll get extra airflow, which means you risk running lean.

Hotter engine, a little more power (maybe), and if it gets lean enough you can burn a piston.

I viewed the versys liao. Height wise abit tall but still can 2 feet on the ground. More concerns on the parts.
