anyway, anybody noes how to cure muscle tensions? lately after having bad sleeping timings.. ie. 3 or 4 plus.. i everytime, wakeup my whole neck aches.. i dunnoe if its the mattress or pillow.. damn f@rking irritating.. those like neck aches.. any relaxant? or home remedies... or maybe i shud just change sleeping arrangments..
