regarding road tax and insurance when purchasing a new bike

hi everyone, jus pass my class 2b 2 mths ago and just purchase a new bike.

 

when i collect my bike tat time, they only gave me de invoice. no road tax/insurance/logbook. they told me that i will receive this 3 together via post. and also they did not return back my IC and ask me to wait for their call a few days later to collect.

 

is this normal practice?

road tax and insurance will received later. they should give u a document that says the bike is yours from LTA. most bike shop will return u the IC when u collect the bike, some may return u later as they ask agent to go LTA register for them and the agent havnt return them yet.
