ppl play with throttle when i'm gone also can cause overflow??? sianz lah....u really got good eye power leh straight away can tell....must learn alot more from u liao....

hahaha, true...shadow totally no power at all...max 140 and crying liao....my problem is not the power but rather the weight and agility...totally don't have lor and in singapore road condition, i'm pretty stuck if there is any traffic jam lor due to the size....and as well as the weight....very very heavy....too massive for my size....that's why i gave up my ride after 6mths....but cannot deny on the comfort on this bike, damn relac.....

i din know we do have a RVF rider here

 

never update

 

and use to be all in one ridling s4

 

now all like mixed but overall

we do like a family

sorry maybe never formally introduce myself....i have only been to couple of coffee session, and reason for being part of ESR is that i'm staying in the east and the guys always meetup for kopi so i joined u guys lor...

... Chopper was still popular that time mah... i think S4 Spec1 was jus beginning to be popluar too.

I bought the Shadow because of its design and comfort. It's cool lor. I agree that it is not as nimble as S4 or even your RVF, especially making U-Turns.

 

This is the bike which I rode up to KL on NSH for the first time. I had a pillion with me and went 120kph most times. I throttled full, but only achieve 130kph. I tell you the wind blast at that kind of "chopper" riding position - power! Felt like a parachute all the way!

 

Btw, RVF was my dream Cls2A bike just before I wrecked my RD125. 2 years after that, I switched to chopper bikes and scooter (Honda Helix).

We cannot be replicates all the time ma... but we are still ESR

Program: Usual "TCSSPM", makan (catering Chinese-Muslim food), board games, X-box, "Dao_Xiao" (xbox Eric - pls bring yr set hor) etc.

 

May be we can start counting strength for people who are interested in coming for dinner, so i can ask for menu and pricing, etc. Bros and Sis feel free to bring your family and friends...but indicate how many people, cos catering we count by per pax.

 

What do you guys think? or You guys already have something in mind? But if no objection maybe we can count strength asap and comfirm by 110207, 0000hrs? In case i no time to check post...Can someone SMS to keep me posted, please... How abt a ride after that???

U sure..? I think shadow was 1st launched in 1998 ba.. and during the period around 98-2002, i guess chopper werent the 'IN' thing then.. CBR, RVF, GSXR were considered the 'IN' bikes then.

But then given your 'generation', guess u wouldn't go for a sporty bike

 

So i agree.. when men reach a certain age.. they would only ride a certain range of bikes (excluding that young 'ah lao')

Chao, After ur RD, why didnt u change to the all time ah lao's favourite... THE.. RXZ!!!

 

BUt now i also seen lotsa of ah laos start upgrade liao.. S4, Fazer1, Fazer6 la.. etc..
