guys something to share......taken in ahmedabad, india this afternoon when i was out to see see look look...... so innocent so naive their smile....though their life is tough and the place is so run-down, but they are happy.....wif their way of life..... enjoy...

Life is the way we make out of it. Compared with the people staying in 3rd World countries, our living standards here in Singapore is truely Paradise. But because of their simple lookout of life, they can be happy as long as there is enough food to eat and a roof over their heads while they sleep. How many of us here who have a flat to stay in, enough to eat, have a bike for transport and many other life's luxuries are truely happy?

 

Happiness is a state of the mind. Everyone of us can be happy as long as we learn how to be contented with whatever we have while we strive for better things in life.

 

Treasure the time, the things we possess and the people we have by our side and be happy...

 

All the so called glamour of fame and fortune is nothing but a mirage, you keep on heading towards it, thinking that you will be happy once you get there but end up being disillusioned.

 

To seek peace and happiness in life is like a journey into your mind, you have to unlock all the negative things you have gathered thru time and regain the innocence of younger days...

 

Back in my younger days, I can be very happy with a $0.10 syrup ice packet...

 

Now we need more things to make us smile...

 

I am also trying to learn to be contented and happy in life...

Event: new yr eve/day at changi chalet (netharavon D)

 

Activities: sing auld lang syne at the stroke of 12midnite. after dat go home :angel: no mj allowed!! by order, teacher.

 

Food: shld be BBQ bah. n manz's cooking...

The WyWy token reminds me of the arcade which used to be at Lucky Plaza.

That place last time a lot of XMMs... :angel:

Bluey, on the contrary, my office using 10" LCD monitor so as to save on wking space on my 3' width table. even typing this msg, i am using keyborad with size of hp to type. That y i need to post using bigger font so I can see what I type mah. :D

 

:btw: can u tell me where can i buy a 50' LCD monitor?? Think can used it to show NDP 2008 at Padang liao :angel:

Long story cut short, becos we are a developed country, what we have seen far exceed than those 3rd world countries in terms of housings, transports, food, gadgets.. With such temptations around, how could you not give in?

If i grow up in some ulu ulu island like what u seen in survival series, i'll be damn contended if i have a coconut everyday.

LCD i dunno where la, if u want, there's one at Suntec city's traffic light there.. u can go bring it down loh.. alternatively.. you could change to a Panasonic 103" Plasma instead.. :lol:

Tot Wywy is at Marina square, 4th floor? I prefer Magicland to Wywy. :thumb:

:p Me arcade siao mah..Games are so relaxing and really train your brain cells.

Don't need to go until so far...Think the arcade in Holiday Inn(JB-4th floor) is using this token. Are they your collection? Should have kept 1 HK arcade's token to deal with you... :cheeky:

 

p.s: The last time i went K.L i found an ulu ulu arcade and they have this 'horse racing' games which are commonly found in the 'mess' during our younger days... So fun.. miss the game.(still remember i won $40+ of RM there..)

No la.. not my collection.. i dunno where mine went to liao.. I dont think that token cant be found in jb loh.. cos it craved with the genting highlands logo.. so should be GH exclusive token ba.. anyway the last time i went there, they also switch to using card liao
